What office cleaning covers
Small offices get dirty in predictable places: the shared kitchenette, the restroom, door handles and light switches, and the floor around desks. Each visit covers trash and recycling, desks and work surfaces that are clear, kitchen counters, sinks and appliance exteriors, restrooms, glass doors and partitions, and vacuuming and mopping throughout.
We work with offices, design and photo studios, showrooms, small medical and wellness suites (non-clinical areas), and retail storefronts. Tell us about anything sensitive, such as server closets, client files or equipment that should not be touched, and we will work around it.
Scheduling in NYC commercial buildings
Many commercial buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn have rules about when vendors can work, which entrance and elevator they use, and how they check in with security. Some require a certificate of insurance on file before a vendor's first visit. Share your building's requirements when you request a quote so we can confirm them before the start date.
Most clients prefer cleaning before opening, after closing or on weekends so it does not interrupt work. Visits can be daily, a few times a week, weekly or bi-weekly, depending on headcount and foot traffic. Ask about availability for the time slots that suit you.
One-time and recurring service
Besides recurring cleaning, we handle one-time jobs: a thorough cleaning before you move into new space, a cleanup after a fit-out or renovation, or a reset before an event or client visit. For construction dust, see our post-construction cleaning service.
Visit length depends on the size of the space, the number of restrooms and kitchens, and how often we come; we confirm it in your quote. We bring our own supplies and equipment, and can use fragrance-free or client-provided products on request.
Working around your team
If we clean while people are at work, we start with shared spaces like the kitchen and restrooms, keep noise down near desks and meeting rooms, and vacuum busy areas when they are empty. We do not move papers, open drawers or touch computers and equipment unless you ask us to.
A short written scope helps everyone: which rooms are included, what happens on each visit and what is done less often, such as the inside of the fridge or interior glass. Name one point of contact on your side so changes to the schedule or scope go to one place.
